Use the link in your welcome email. It takes you straight to the right account and asks you to set a password.

The most common problem: signing up with a different email from the one you paid with. Your access is attached to the address you used at checkout, a new account with a different address won’t have the course in it.

If that’s happened, email customer@beadribblr.com from the address you paid with and we’ll merge them.

Check spam and promotions first, it arrives within a few minutes of payment.

If it’s there, drag it into your inbox. That stops the rest of our emails going the same way.

If it’s genuinely missing after fifteen minutes, email customer@beadribblr.com from the address you paid with.

Use Forgot password on the login screen. A reset link comes straight to your email.

Yes. The course works in any phone browser. Log in the same way and bookmark the page.

Check spam and promotions. If it’s not there after ten minutes, sign up again as most of the time it’s a typo in the email address.

On iPhone it opens in your browser rather than downloading. Tap the share icon and choose Save to Files to keep it on your phone.

On Android it should download automatically. If nothing happens, try opening the link in Chrome rather than inside another app.

Sign up again with the same email and it’ll be sent to you.

Email customer@beadribblr.com within 30 days of buying, from the address you paid with. You don’t need to give a reason.

Refunds take 5-10 working days to appear.

Email customer@beadribblr.com with both dates and we’ll refund the duplicate.

If you want structure, start with the Program. If you want to understand why you’re stuck, take the course.

That depends on how consistently you train and on how fast you learn. Most players notice their drive and awareness changing within a few weeks.

Beating players in matches may take longer but with patience and applying the framework you will get there.
