These terms apply to everything sold on beadribblr.com and go.beadribblr.com. Please read them before you buy.
Who you’re buying from

What you’re buying
Digital training products video, PDF and written coaching material, delivered online. Nothing is shipped. Access details are sent to the email address you give at checkout, normally within a few minutes of payment.
Age
Our training material is written for players of all ages, including under-16s.
If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission before buying, and the payment must be made by an adult. If you are a parent buying for a child, you are the customer under these terms.
Payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, we never see or store your full card details.
One-time products are a single payment. Subscription products bill automatically each month until you cancel.
Our 30-day guarantee
If a one-time product isn’t right for you, email customer@beadribblr.com within 30 days of buying, from the address you paid with, and we’ll refund you in full. You don’t need to give a reason.
We ask one thing, and it’s a request rather than a condition: give the training an honest go first. The method works when it’s applied.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually take 5-10 working days to appear.
Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing customer@beadribblr.com.
Cancelling stops all future payments. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We don’t refund part-months of unused time. The 30-day guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only.
If something doesn’t arrive
If you haven’t received access within about fifteen minutes, check your spam and promotions folders first. If it’s still missing, email customer@beadribblr.com with your payment details and we’ll sort it out.
Support
Most questions are answered on our help page. For anything not covered there, email customer@beadribblr.com – we aim to reply within a few working days.
We don’t provide individual coaching feedback by email. That’s what the products are for.
Training safely
This is physical football training. Please:
- Warm up properly before every session.
- Train within your current fitness level, and stop if something hurts.
- Check with a doctor first if you have an injury, a medical condition, or any doubt.
- Make sure players under 16 train with a parent or coach who knows what they’re doing.
Beadribblr provides coaching information, not medical advice. You are responsible for training safely and within your limits.
What we promise, and what we don’t
We put real care into this material and we stand behind the method.
We can’t promise a specific outcome. Improvement depends on how consistently you train, your starting point, your age, and plenty of things outside our control. Nothing here guarantees selection, progression, or any particular level of performance.
Your access, and what you can do with it
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own training, or your child’s.
Please don’t share your login, redistribute the files, upload the content anywhere, resell it, or use it to coach others commercially without asking. All content remains the property of Beadribblr. If material is shared or resold, we may withdraw access without a refund.
Prices and changes
We may change prices, content and product offerings at any time. Changes never affect a purchase you’ve already made. If we change these terms, the version in force when you bought is the one that applies to you.
Complaints
If something’s gone wrong, email customer@beadribblr.com and tell us plainly what happened. We’ll put it right where we can.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are buying from within the UK or EU as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected. Note that where you agree to immediate access to digital content, the statutory 14-day cancellation right may not apply, our own 30-day guarantee above is offered voluntarily and is more generous.
